Indoor and outdoor jobs are different problems
Indoors
In a high-bay warehouse, reaching the fixture is a big part of the job: lifts, shutdown windows, closed aisles. Replacing a failing fixture and its neighbours in one visit usually beats a string of callouts.
Offices and corridors are simpler, but emergency and exit lights are a safety item. They need testing on a schedule, not just when someone remembers.
Outdoors
Riyadh summers regularly pass 45°C, and fine dust gets into everything. When a flood light dies, the cause can be the driver, water or dust getting in, or a fixture that was never rated for the site, not just the lamp. We look at why it failed before quoting a replacement, so you don’t buy the same failure twice.
Near the coast in Jeddah, Dammam or Jubail, salt air adds corrosion. Ask for housings and coatings suited to it.
Typical jobs we take on

A warehouse where high-bays are failing one by one
Older metal halide or fluorescent fittings drop out, and each replacement costs a lift and a closed aisle. The fix is usually a planned retrofit to LED high-bay lights, done aisle by aisle so operations keep running. See our retrofitting service.

A yard or perimeter that keeps going dark
We inspect the failed units first. If the problem is the fixture rating, not bad luck, we replace with correctly specified LED flood lights. If it’s a connection or a single component, we repair it and leave the rest alone.

An inspection or handover coming up
Emergency and exit lights get tested, and units that fail are flagged for maintenance or replacement before anyone else finds them. This sits under our maintenance services.

A remote laydown area or access road with no easy power
Solar lights can save trenching and cabling. Check sizing for the shortest winter days, and plan to clean the panels, because dust cuts output.

Whoever supplies your fixtures, ask for the datasheet (IP rating, rated ambient temperature, rated life) and the SASO conformity paperwork before you approve them. It takes five minutes and avoids most nasty surprises.
