EMAN FTC provides fire alarm system maintenance service in Saudi Arabia for industrial and commercial facilities. We support planned inspections, testing, troubleshooting and fault rectification in Riyadh, Dammam, Jubail, Jeddah and other locations.
Send your panel make and model, site details and any current fault messages. We’ll review your requirements and confirm the maintenance scope before quoting.
What does fire alarm maintenance include?
The work depends on your installed equipment and the agreed service plan. It can include:
- Control panel checks and review of recorded faults.
- Inspection and functional testing of detectors, manual call points and alarm devices.
- Battery, power supply and connection checks.
- Cleaning where required by the equipment instructions.
- Investigation of wiring and device communication faults.
- Testing of agreed interfaces with connected building systems.
Replacement parts, access equipment and additional repairs are identified in the quotation. Visit our fire alarm services page for the wider scope.
Repeated false alarms and panel faults
A recurring fault needs investigation before equipment is replaced. The panel’s event history, affected device locations and previous repair records help establish where to start.
For example, repeated unwanted alarms near a warehouse loading door may need a review of dust exposure, airflow and detector condition. A device communication fault calls for different checks, including wiring, connections and compatibility.
Where replacement is needed, explore our fire alarm equipment and smoke detection products. Parts must match the installed system.
Maintenance around your working hours
Testing in an occupied building needs coordination with the facility team. We agree access, working hours and arrangements for activities that could affect occupants or connected equipment.
An office may require sounder testing outside business hours. A warehouse with high-mounted detectors may need access equipment and a clear working area. Airport support buildings can have additional permit and operator requirements, which should be included in the enquiry.
For sites with specialist detection, share details of any aspirating smoke detection systems or flame detectors so their requirements can be reviewed separately.
Testing connected systems
Where included in the scope, interface testing checks the agreed response of connected equipment. This may involve ventilation, doors, lifts, voice evacuation or suppression systems.
For example, testing a programmed ventilation shutdown requires coordination with the team responsible for that equipment. The operating sequence and each contractor’s responsibilities should be confirmed beforehand. See our related fire fighting services.
Service records and follow-up work
Agree the reporting requirements before the visit. The service record can document equipment checked, test results, inaccessible devices, faults found and recommended repairs.
For ongoing maintenance, the proposal should also identify visit frequency, call-out arrangements, parts and exclusions. The schedule depends on applicable requirements, equipment instructions and site conditions. Any submission or inspection-support responsibilities are confirmed separately.
If equipment condition, unavailable parts or building changes make replacement worth reviewing, our fire alarm system installation services cover the related installation scope.
